Terms of Service
Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026 (added terms for audio and video tasks)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Plures Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Plures," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your use of plures.si, the Plures waitlist, the Plures verifier app, the Plures application programming interface (the "API"), and any related websites, apps, tools and services (together, the "Services").
Please read Section 17 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action.
1. Accepting these Terms
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, completing a task, calling the API or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Some Services have additional terms, such as the Verifier Terms in Section 5 and the Developer Terms in Section 6. If additional terms conflict with these general terms, the additional terms control for that Service.
2. Who can use Plures
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, if you are located in or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, or if you appear on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may open the Services in some countries before others, and we may limit availability in any location at our discretion.
3. Accounts and identity
You must give us accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You may hold only one verifier account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@plures.si if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not sell, transfer, share or rent your account, let anyone else complete tasks on it, or create an account for someone else without their permission.
4. The waitlist and referrals
No guarantee of access or work. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, an employment or contractor relationship, or any right to access the Services, receive tasks or earn money. We invite people in waves, at our discretion, and may consider location, language, demand, identity verification results and other factors.
Waitlist position. Positions are estimates that change as people join, confirm their email and refer others. We may change how positions are calculated, reset or adjust positions, and remove entries at any time.
Referrals. You may share your referral link with people you know. A referral counts only when the referred person joins with your link and confirms their email. Referrals improve your position as described on the site and have no cash value. You may not:
- create fake, duplicate or automated signups, or use temporary email addresses;
- send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), buy traffic, or post your link where it violates that site's rules;
- offer anything of value in exchange for signups, or misrepresent Plures, including promising specific earnings.
We may disqualify referrals, reset positions or remove entries that we believe involve abuse.
Communications. By joining, you agree that we may email you about your place on the list, your invitation and updates about Plures. You can unsubscribe from nonessential emails at any time.
5. Verifier Terms (when available)
This Section applies if you are invited to complete tasks as a verifier.
5.1 Independent contractor. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent or joint venturer of Plures or of any customer. You decide whether, when, where and how often to accept tasks, and you may perform similar work for others. You are not entitled to employee benefits, and nothing in these Terms guarantees any minimum amount of work or income. You use your own device, internet connection and other equipment at your own cost.
5.2 Identity verification. Before you can receive paid tasks, you must complete identity verification through our provider, currently Stripe Identity. This may involve photographing a government issued ID and taking a selfie so the provider can confirm the ID is genuine and that you are its holder. You consent to this check as described in our Privacy Policy, including the collection and comparison of facial geometry by our provider where you give the separate consent we request. We may repeat verification, decline to verify you, or suspend you if verification fails or we suspect your identity is not genuine.
5.3 Tasks. Tasks are short items sent to you on behalf of Plures customers, such as checking whether information is accurate, whether two things match, or what a message means. Each task shows its rate before you accept it. Tasks are assigned at random and may be sent to several verifiers who answer independently. We may limit which tasks you see based on your location, language, qualifications or quality history. Some tasks require additional qualifications.
5.4 Quality and honest answers. You agree to answer every task yourself, honestly and to the best of your judgment, and to follow the task instructions. You may not:
- use bots, scripts, AI tools or other automation to answer tasks, unless the task expressly permits it;
- let another person use your account or answer for you;
- coordinate answers with other verifiers, or share task content to influence results;
- answer at random or without reading the task.
We use quality checks, including tasks with known answers, agreement with other verifiers and reputation scores, to measure accuracy. We may adjust the tasks you receive, withhold payment for tasks completed in violation of this Section, and suspend or remove accounts that fall below our quality standards or break these rules.
5.5 Payment. You earn the rate shown for each task that you complete in line with its instructions and that passes our quality review. Earnings appear in your account, and you can withdraw them through our payout providers, currently Stripe and PayPal, subject to any minimum balance, schedule, fees and requirements we or the provider set. Payout providers have their own terms, which you must accept to receive payouts. We may hold, reverse or offset payments that were made in error, are linked to fraud or rule violations, or are under review. Rates may change at any time for tasks you have not yet accepted.
5.6 Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on your earnings. We or our payout providers may collect tax information, such as a Form W-9 or W-8BEN, issue tax forms such as a Form 1099, and withhold amounts where the law requires. We may withhold payouts until you provide required tax information.
5.7 Confidentiality. Task content belongs to our customers and may include confidential or personal information. You may use it only to complete the task. You may not copy, screenshot, store, share, publish or use task content for any other purpose, during or after your time on Plures. Tell us right away at support@plures.si if you see a task that appears to contain sensitive information that should not have been shared.
5.8 Content you may find upsetting. Some tasks may involve content you find offensive or disturbing. Tasks that developers mark as sensitive, and tasks with recordings or video, are sent to you only if you turn them on in your account, and sensitive tasks are shown behind a warning. Developers may not always mark content correctly. You may skip any task you do not want to complete.
5.9 Your answers. You assign to Plures all rights you may have in the answers you submit, so that Plures and its customers can use them freely. To the extent rights cannot be assigned, you grant Plures a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use them for any purpose.
6. Developer and API Terms (when available)
This Section applies if you use the API or a developer dashboard (as a "Developer"). We may also sign a separate order form or enterprise agreement with you, which controls if it conflicts with this Section.
6.1 Access and keys. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable right to use the API during your subscription, in line with our documentation and these Terms. Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all use of your keys, including by your applications and agents.
6.2 Your submissions. "Customer Data" means the questions, data, files and other content you or your agents send through the API. You own your Customer Data. You grant Plures a license to host, process, display to verifiers and use Customer Data as needed to provide, secure and support the Services. We will not use identifiable Customer Data to train general purpose AI models, and we will not sell it.
6.3 Your responsibilities for Customer Data. You represent that you have all rights, notices and consents needed to submit Customer Data and to have it reviewed by human verifiers located in different countries. You must minimize personal information in tasks, and you may not submit, unless we have agreed in writing:
- special categories of personal data, such as health, biometric, genetic, racial or ethnic origin, religious, political, sexual orientation or criminal record data;
- information about children under 16;
- government ID numbers, full payment card or bank account numbers, passwords or authentication secrets;
- protected health information under HIPAA, or other data subject to sector specific laws;
- content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Recordings and video. If you send audio or video, you represent that everyone whose voice or image is in it was recorded lawfully and was told, as required by the laws that apply (including laws requiring all parties to consent to a call recording), that it may be reviewed by people outside your organization. Trim clips to the part needed for the decision, and do not send recordings in which people read out the information listed above, such as card numbers or passwords. You must mark content that is violent, graphic or otherwise disturbing as sensitive when you send it.
Where Customer Data includes personal information, our Data Processing Addendum (available on request) applies, and we act as your processor or service provider.
6.4 Results are not guarantees. Verification results reflect the independent judgment of the verifiers assigned to a task, combined by our methods. They can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. You remain solely responsible for the decisions and actions your systems take, including whether and how to rely on a result. Do not use the Services as the only basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, such as credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare or legal outcomes, or for any use where a wrong result could cause death, injury or serious harm.
6.5 Acceptable use. You may not use the API to: build tasks meant to harass, deceive or exploit verifiers; collect verifiers' personal information or try to identify them; resell or white label the Services without our written permission; exceed or bypass rate limits; or test, benchmark or reverse engineer the Services to build a competing product.
6.6 Fees. You agree to pay the fees in your plan or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance, are non refundable, and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. We may suspend access for unpaid amounts after notice. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
6.7 Availability. We aim to keep the API available but do not promise uninterrupted service unless a service level agreement in a signed order form says otherwise. We may change or discontinue API features, with reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- break any law or regulation, or violate anyone's privacy, publicity, intellectual property or other rights;
- impersonate anyone, misrepresent your identity, location or affiliation, or create accounts by automated means;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, probe or bypass security or bot protection, or introduce malware;
- scrape, crawl or collect data from the Services, except through the API as permitted;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Services, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use the Services to send spam, run fraud, launder money or evade sanctions;
- harass, threaten or abuse other users, verifiers or our staff.
8. Plures intellectual property
The Services, including the software, design, text, graphics, films, the Plures name and the P mark, are owned by Plures or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not use our name or logos without our written permission, except to refer to Plures accurately.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free right to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.
10. Third party services
The Services rely on third parties such as identity verification, payment, hosting, email and bot protection providers, and may link to third party websites. Your use of third party services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Verifiers may close their account and Developers may cancel under their plan. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove you from the waitlist, or withhold tasks at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for Plures, our customers or other users, or if we stop offering the Services. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends. If you are a verifier, we will pay earnings for tasks you completed properly before termination, minus amounts we are entitled to withhold under Section 5.5, unless the law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including Sections 5.6, 5.7, 5.9, 8, 9 and 12 through 19.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLURES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, THAT VERIFICATION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY PARTICULAR NUMBER OF TASKS OR AMOUNT OF EARNINGS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLURES AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PLURES, OR THAT PLURES PAID TO YOU AS A VERIFIER, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and do not limit our obligation to pay verifiers for properly completed tasks.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Plures and its members, managers, employees and agents from any third party claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or the law, your Customer Data, or decisions your systems make using the Services. We will notify you of the claim and let you control its defense, though we may join with counsel of our choice at our own cost.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the site, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to Section 17 will not apply to disputes we already knew about before the change.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep any protections the mandatory law of your country gives you.
17. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
17.1 Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email legal@plures.si with a description of your claim and try in good faith to resolve it with us for at least 30 days.
17.2 Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Plures agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you use the Services for business purposes). The arbitration will take place in Orange County, Florida, or by video or written submissions, or in your home county if you are a consumer and request it. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
17.3 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek an injunction in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
17.4 Class action and jury waiver. YOU AND PLURES AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND PLURES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be decided in court, not arbitration.
17.5 Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@plures.si within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, the email you use with Plures and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
17.6 Courts. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Plures consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
18. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or order forms, are the entire agreement between you and Plures about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account. Headings are for convenience only, and "including" means "including without limitation."
